Will European leadership concepts be able to endure?

Mankind is at the threshold of a world which requires and encourages political structures, economic flexibility and social change more than ever before. New technological opportunities remove the limits of space and time and thus establish a new worldly order. Under these circumstances, the demands of political and entrepreneurial leadership have also fundamentally changed. Globally operating companies and institutions increasingly argue whether it is possible to have a leadership concept that can be successful on the international stage. Will it be the models with a clear orientation towards a president? Or will the concept of collective management teams win us over? Does a European leadership concept already exist? Can global players learn just as much from the efficiency of the Brussels administration as political decision-makers can learn from future entrepreneurs? New management styles and instincts of the coming generations, in particular regarding the more active role of charismatic female leaders, mark the beginning of a new era.
